This publication contains the text of the Final Act of the 1995 International Conference om Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Fishing Vessel Personnel (STCW-F Conference). The Converence, which was convened by the International Maritime Organization from 26 June to 7 July 1995.
The conference adopted, on 7 July 1995, the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for fishing vessel personnel (STCW-F Convention) and nine resolutions, which constitute attachments 1 and 2 to the Final Act of the SCTW-F Conference. The articles and regulations contained in the annex to the 1995 STCW-F Convention should be read and interpreted as one single document.
